Humidity control

Humidity control becomes particularly important in buildings undergoing construction with delicate interior finishes and no HVAC equipment installed yet. Humidity control also becomes crucial when the building has yet to become ‘dried in’ or sealed up by way of closing off openings with doors and windows. A building interior exposed to the elements such as high heat and humidity can wreak havoc on drywall, paint, and wallpaper.

Often portable commercial grade dehumidifiers can be rented which dehumidify the building and run collected water through condensate waste tubes to the exterior.
